Last week we got the news confirmed from Tom Portsmouth that he is the second rider of the Rayner Foundation 2023 intake to sign a professional contract. He transfers from the Bingoal WB Development Team to the Pro Team Bingoal WB.

After a long recovery period Tom was able to start racing again in August and showed that he had come back stronger than ever. News came last week from the team that they had the confidence in Tom and he was on the roster for the big team 2024
