Harrison Wood the Rayner Foundation rider from Devon has received the good news that he has secured a Stagiare Contract with the French Team Cofidis. He has had a terrible few weeks after a huge crash put him in hospital in the Czech Republic. He was riding for GB Team in the Course de la Paix (Peace Race) his first National selection and was their leading rider in the race at the time of the crash.
He remained in hospital there for a few days and has had to have a significant time off the bike to recover. He is riding again now and is now preparing to join his new Equipe in some races at the end of the season..
